You have already taken the first step to realize that this is a journey that you can not do alone. I was feeling really bad a little while ago and realized something had to change. I joined Weight Watchers 3 weeks ago and the weight has really started coming off.

It is nice to be accountable and realize there are others out there struggling just like me. It is not easy, but now that I have a plan things are going great and I am feeling so much better.
