emoticonto the team! emoticon I just read your spark page, and it sounds like you have a lot of things that are working against you, however, you do have the right mindset. Start with the nutrition tracker. Start your exercising by walking as far as you can, even if it's only 5 minutes at a time. That's what I did. I have swollen nerves in my spine and some days I can't stand at the sink to wash a load of dishes. Pathetic, right? Baby steps. emoticon

I weigh 327 pounds my goal over the next 2 years is to get down to 150 pounds.I have PSOS wich causes infertility,weight gain and possibly diebeties in the future.so I can use all the help I can get.this is all new to me.I joined a gym was going every day but stopped for a but a monthandhalf now I need to get motivated to go back.Thanks dsoles
