I just read your spark page, and it sounds like you have a lot of things that are working against you, however, you do have the right mindset. Start with the nutrition tracker. Start your exercising by walking as far as you can, even if it's only 5 minutes at a time. That's what I did. I have swollen nerves in my spine and some days I can't stand at the sink to wash a load of dishes. Pathetic, right? Baby steps.

Baby Steps. None of us came out of the womb walking and talking correctly. It took time. Years, in fact. Why should it take any less than that much effort to lose the weight we gained?
