I was there 5 years ago at 50. Massive heart attack, high cholesterol, TIA, anxiety, and border line diabetes. You can make a comeback. However, it requires much work and dedication. If you want it bad enough you can do. There are no quick fixes and the first thing you will need to do is change your taste buds. The more healthy food you put in your body, the less desire you will have for the food that put you in the shape you are in now.
The most important thing to remember is
current weight: -4.2 under

You're in the right spot and have found the right program. Study, learn, do. All at once or a little at a time. Whatever suits your style, but it does work. It's very simple once you get rolling. Not easy, but simple. You'll be amazed what proper nutrition and exercise can do for your health. Best of luck and welcome to the team!
