emoticon With the support of others just like you, I know that you will be able to accomplish this.

If we saw all the difference even the tiniest of our prayers make, and all the people those...prayers were destined to affect...we would be so paralyzed with awe...that we would be unable to get up off our knees for the rest of our lives.

Tanya

Junk food you have been craving for an hour or the body you have wanted for years? It's your choice

Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.

Hi everyone! I can't believe I am taking 10 minutes away from life to do this, but I simply can not get time to take care of myself (exercise, cooking, you name it!) so I'm hoping this will keep me accountable even if it does taken a few extra minutes a day!
My story: I've always been healthy, exercised daily and even liked to do so. I ate right and always made nutricious meals. Then there was a change. I had two kids, so less time. I was still good though...until I quit my fancy job as a chemist and decided to poor my life (and life savings) into starting a specialty bakery. Now I work at least 65-75 hours a week, and I try to give every other second to the beautiful children that I NEVER see. I don't have time to cook right, don't have time to exercise, and don't have the money to buy tons of fancy healthy food! Ugh! I need a shift! I'm hoping this site will help me! Time is impossible, and my biggest issue!
