Going flex will help you. You might want to put some of MissViv's post to use. Make a list of what you like, can eat, and hate. Get creative and work on some recipes. Try to slowly work things in.
One problem I had was changing my tastes away from the fats in meat. This is usually my downfall cravings. Good luck!!

Danie what is leading you to want to be a vegetarian, if you don't even like vegetables. AND you want to become a VEGAN as well?
That is quite a big order to put on yourself all at once. You might start by cutting back on meat and increasing the amounts of veggies that you DO Like... Slowly increasing the amount of veggies could help. What veggies do you like NOW?

And how often do you eat them?

Hi my name is Danielle and I would love to be a vegetarian. But apparently that means I need to veggies and I hate veggies. Since I want to cut out meat I'm hoping going flexitarian will lead me to veggies I might like. Or simply find better ways of hiding them. I do sneak spinach into my smoothies but I don't tell myself they are in there. : )
