Hi. I have been with sparkPeople since Feb. recently I have been very interested in being vegetarian because whatever I read, people say how good they feel when they cut out meat. I dont think I can cut out meat entirely, at least not right away, because I love meat. I thought that if I start slow and cut it out gradually, I may end up not eating any. I am going to start with one week of no red meat or poultry. I am still going to have fish and eggs and dairy. After our week (hubby and me) then I will decide if I want to continue and so can he.
So I am open to any and all advice, tips and menu ideas. I really feel like this is what I need to do for my health and my weight.
