Welcome Strongmamaro,

I started out just to cut back on the amount of meat I eat and after being at it for a while I noticed I was forgetting to eat any meat. I feel so much better without meat I just stopped eating it at all.

Welcome! I am not that much of an expert, trying to learn, I feel weirdly handicapped when I plan a menu without meat in it...

Hey there! I'm just getting started. I've been noticing that as I eat less meat that I'm feeling so good. So, crazy good. But, I love steak. I don't think I want to be a full vegetarian, but over the past 6 months I've seen that adding tons more veggies to the menu and less meat, my body feels better, my energy has improved and my skin seems to glow. Isn't that weird?

But, I'm limited on recipes and ideas. Mold me, my veggie-lovin' friends. My goal here is not to become a hippie, just keep my body happy!

Can't wait to hear from you!
