Hi, I've been a vegetarian for about 18 years. Too much pasta and such lead to my obesity. I'm getting back down to a healthy BMI and trying to change my life (almost completely).
I was never much of a cook. I live by raw, microwave, and restaurants. I know that isn't healthy. So I'm working on learning to cook. I bought the Spark People Cookbook. A good chunk of the recipes are meat/chicken. I'm hoping to be able to find substitutes.
Also anyone here that can help me learn to like my kitchen, I would be very grateful!
