Flexitarians are 100% guilt free! Count your meatless meals as victories and don't sweat the little things. I am a vegetarian now, but found it easier to slowly replace meat in meals until one day I realised I was eating no meat and not even missing it.

I decided to go vegetarian about 5 months ago, the road has not been easy and i have been faced with temptations. Maybe i am trying to do too much , i am also avoiding high fat foods and carbs, limit dairy , avoid junk food. There are days when i caved and ate some kind of meat and i feel really guilty but i try to get back on the saddle. I am trying to loose for weight for my wedding coming up in Febuary 2013. I have gone down a few sizes but i have not reached my goal yet. Hoping to find some support and encouragement here, thanks!
