emoticon You need to be sure you're getting sufficient protein. I haven't yet made the leap to becoming vegan, so I use eggs and cheese, as well as nuts, grains and beans.

I've always had a love for fruits and veggies but always was afraid to go the vegetarian route. the last time I tried I almost fainted but apparently I wasnt eating the right combination of things. Please inbox me with tips! feel free to stop by my page.
