Hello, everyone! I'm very excited to meet other "meat-eating vegetarians" (I hate saying that). I eat meat only about once or twice a week, but I just can't seem to give it up completely for any real length of time. When I do eat meat, I make sure I REALLY want it and try my best to make sure it is from a responsible source. The reasons for my not eating so much meat is for animal cruelty reasons, health reasons, and just the overall reason that I (usually) don't enjoy it all that much. I would love to meet others who feel the same way, and share innovative new ways of making sure we are getting enough protein and other vitamins through other sources. I would also love to talk about perhaps weaning myself off the stuff for good! Could it be possible?!? :)
