I've been active on SP since last August, and it's been a life-changer for me.
I'm married, no kids (unless you count our 2 cats), active in our church, work as a nurse, blog regularly, and have been making steady progress toward getting healthier. From an extremely unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle, to eating far healthier and becoming active.
And I'm enjoying it!
In the past couple of weeks I've decided (to my husband's dismay) to have a vegetarian-only day once a week. I just discovered - to my shock - that I like tofu, but I don't know quite what to do with it.
