Hello Ingrid! Yeah, unfortunately there can still be too much of a good thing! When I'm sticking to my plan really great, I weigh and measure food as much as possible so I know exactly what I'm eating. It helps a lot!
Hi, I'm new, from the Netherlands. I'm for a while into healthy, partly raw food. But I cannot seem to stop eating too much. I actually eat now too much healthy food instead of too much junk food, but too much is still bad and keeps me overweight. I hope to lose weight with the help of the more experienced people here.
