I joined sparks people yesterday and I'm excited to meet others who are losing weight while being a vegetarian (or an almost vegetarian :) ). I became a vegetarian last fall, after reading The China Study. However, I think there are health benefits to eating wild caught fish, so I eat it about once a month. I guess technically I'm a pescetarian? I'm not big into labels though, and just want to eat in a way that promotes optimal good health :)
