Hi everyone! I'm brand new to SP and looking forward to getting back on track in 2012! I'm a 41 year old educator from SW Florida who just celebrated my one year wedding anniversary in October. I've practiced a flexitarian "diet" for years - I limit proteins to plants, fish, dairy, and eggs with poultry and pork 1-2 times a week and red meat 3-4 times a year. I try to eat a purely lacto-vegetarian diet at least 3 days per week. I feel better when I do. In the past, I've been very nutrition/fitness conscious but due to health issues, work, and school over the last year, I've lost sight of taking care of me and now want to find some balance. I know I can do it with your help. I'm hoping we can all work together to reach our goals! Happy New Year!
