This is the flexible team we have people on all kinds of diets. I don't eat any red meat, but eat fish a couple times a week and on occasion have baked chicken or turkey.

Welcome. I am fairly new to the team as well. I am the same as you in wanting to become just about vegetarian, but quite completely.
No need to cut it out completely! There are lots of us here who don't have meat everyday, but still enjoy it!
I make sure the meat I purchase is organic, paying the little bit extra to make sure you have good quality ingredients going in your body!
More important than cutting back on meat is cutting out processed foods....

Hey guys, I just joined and I am hoping this site will help give me the motivation I need to lose the weight and finally be happy again! I am really interested in cutting back on my meat consumption almost to the point of becoming a vegetarian but not quite completely.
