I am also a night eater. I try to exercise like crazy to offset some of the calories and keep lots of health foods to snack on. I have tried the brush your teeth and use mouth wash to stop yourself from eating late, that works for me. Last night was a football game so I really have a hard time not snacking during those. Good luck on your new goals and keep us informed on how you are doing.
