Welcome!I know what you mean!!I work 3:30-midnight and can do great all day and even at work.Get home and BAM eat everything in sight!!But since going vegetarian My appetite is much less because of all the filling veggies!Good luck! Diane

I am also a night eater. I try to exercise like crazy to offset some of the calories and keep lots of health foods to snack on. I have tried the brush your teeth and use mouth wash to stop yourself from eating late, that works for me. Last night was a football game so I really have a hard time not snacking during those. Good luck on your new goals and keep us informed on how you are doing.

Hi Everyone! ... My name is Kim. Been here before - needed a new start. I am hoping this time will be the time that my spark is re-lighted. :) I live in Toronto Canada with my husband. Don't have any kids but lots of stuffed animals. :) I am addicted to horror movies, facebook, hello kitty, black&white photography, reading, listening to music (all kinds), and apparently collecting stuffed animals. :)
I am a binge-eater, late night snacker, emotional eater, addicted to food (mostly sweets & high calorie stuff). :( The worse time for me really in the day/night is around 11pm. I guess I should really make sure to be in bed by then. (haha) I really need a lot of help to control my binge-eating and emotional eating. There are times that I just want to eat everything in sight.. and, sometimes I *do*.. & then totally regret it about 5 minutes later. :( I feel like I don't get very much support from home so that is why I am here. For support. I know that SP has a *great* support system .. because I was here for 10 straight months before. And, had a lot of great friends who stood beside me through the bad times AND the good times. :) SO.. I guess I'm just looking for that same kind of support now.. while I try to get back on track.
By re-joining SP - I am hoping to re-find my spark and make new (as well as get back my old) friends! Also.. I am hoping to get back on track. I've been off track too long and I am totally unhappy with myself. So - I am hoping to change all that. :)
