Hi everyone..this team fascinates me as I am perfectly content to eat meatless meals but not ready to become a hard core vegan/vegetarian! I have made my weight loss goal here on Sparks having lost 106 lbs since Mach 2010! When I began my weight loss journey, I cut out a lot of meat and began eating more whole grains, beans, healthy vegetables, fruits and fish.
Right now I am trying to eat as heart healthy as I can and would like to explore more on the subject of eliminating even more meat from my diet.. At this time, being on maintenance, I am actually trying to ADD healthy calories to my diet and maybe meatless meals are the way to go! Please feel free to stop by my page!!
