I've been watching some vegan/vegetarian videos and reading articles. I've never been a big meat eater, and I am lactose intolerant, so I limit both milk and meat intake. I feel better when I've eaten plant-based foods, fruits, etc. Meat and milk don't agree with my body. I'm looking to get some support from people in the form of friendship, recipes, resources, etc. Lookin' for a buddy!
