Hi there! I was vegan for nearly ten years up until about a year ago, when I started dating my boyfriend. I guess I got caught up in the romance and changes in my life that come with being in new relationship, and I gradually reincorporated meat into my diet. I miss my plant-based food choices, because I felt and looked so much better.
Today is my birthday, I'm 34. Boyfriend's family has planned an amazing celebration meal, so I'm going to eat meat tonight. But I'd like to gradually UNincorporate meat again! Moving back to a plant-based lifestyle is a part of all the changes I'd like to make in my lifestyle (Kind of like New Year's Eve in June?? LOL). The others include twenty minutes of daily exercise, kick my social smoking habit for good, and decrease the amount of alcohol I drink to within healthy limits (1-2 glasses of wine a few times a week, if that).
Any advice for me? Anyone else out there with similar gaols or experiences?
