I am 61,so 'think' I am in the right place..? I can be a foodie..BUT,I have been working out for about 6-8 weeks,have lost about 12 lbs,about 3-4 more to go..I LOVE this site,and so far any interaction I have had with members has been positive,,! which I love.

My usual workout video is Leslie Sansone...try to do 2-3 miles a day,and doin pretty good at sticking to that..but want to move up a notch,possibly,if any suggestions?
Of course at 61,there is the health stuff..osteo,RA..but can keep up and always feel great after a workout..!
Welcome advice on adding some more moves on a new video..actually,any advice would be great!Like what to add in equipment,and those types of issues with the more experienced..:) Look forward to speaking with all of you..
