Hey all! I just joined this team today. I must admit, I've only just decided to become a part-time meat eater, and it was kind of by accident! So I decided that for the whole of May I would give up meat. For no particular reason; I just wanted to see if I could. I thought it was gonna be soooo difficult. But to be honest, after the first week I haven't craved meat AT ALL. In fact, the thought of eating it just does not appeal to me anymore! Never woulda thought that it was possible!
So I've been meat-free for 23 days now, and easily gonna make it to the end of the month. My relationship with meat is definitely going to have changed; I don't think I could give up eating chicken, but I'll only eat it maybe once a week. As for other meats, I'm so done with them. There was soooooo many healthier alternatives. I love it.
