Hello and welcome from South Africa! I am also working on changing my eating habits, but I'm going for complete meat free. I also say WOW to 6 Jack Russell. I know they are very energetic little dogs. I have 10 dogs on a nice plot so they have plenty of room. Most are mix breeds and rescues. I wish you much success in everything that you do.

Hye, My names Julie. I joined this group to find a different way of eating. I seem to be stuck on salad, and although I like salad, by body's protesting, so here goes. I want to try more fish, so i've set myself a challenge, so far Ive tried Salmon & fell in love, tuna, same again, love prawns, cod is fantastic but plain, so ive bought Monkfish loins, sea bass whole, and thin sliced salmon to eat raw. I'd like to try more beans and lentils as I love chick peas, kidney beans and butterbeans. So i'm looking for inspiration. Nice to meet you all.
