Hi Jenny. Are you getting the hang of sparkpeople? Any questions?

I mainly use it for the food and exercise tracking. I think they have like a meal program where it will tell you what to eat based on the kinds of food you say you like, but I didn't select that option. You've probably poked around a lot by now - there are many wonderful teams to join, and the message boards, informative articles... SO MUCH!

Welcome Jenni! I'm sure you'll have great success with Spark, although it's always hard to switch from one system to another. The basic principles are straightforward, and there's a huge variety of tools to use beyond just the tracker and nutrtion plan - including plenty of support for those days when your goal seems elusive! Good luck and don"t be afraid to jump right in.

Hi! welcome! I suggest you take advantage of all the great tools here on SP. Log your food, and join some groups and start making goals for yourself.
This IS the right place, believe me. You will be inspired by all the successful Sparkers and make so many friends!

I'm Jenni. I just started Sparks. I have done Weight Watchers for years but I need something different. I'll take any and all suggestions and comments on how this program works. I have it downloaded to my phone and it works great so far. I'm a little nervous that I'm not going to make it through to my weight loss goal.
