It was really hard for me too in the beginning when decided to start cutting out meats. I just didn't know what or how to replace that missing factor on my plate. But I have learned a lot from this team and hardly ever even miss meat any more.

I'm Megan and I'm new to this board as well as Flexitarianism. So far I have liked the new foods that I'm eating and am not missing meat as much as I thought. I really started this for the health benefits. I am excited to learn more from all of you in the group!
