Hi welcome. Sounds like you are doing the right things. I have been trying to add more vegetarian dinners and some have come out quite well. Brown rice is great in the rice cooker and I add stir fried tofu and veggies. Even my hubby likes it. I found a really good vegan Teriaki sauce which probably makes the whole dish. Anyway it is fast and easy

Hello. I am a 47 year old woman, trying to loose 40 pounds. My target date is December. I've been trying to cut back on portions, and junk food. I've made some gradual changes over the last several months--not trying to make too many drastic changes at once. In the last few weeks I've also given up Diet Pepsi, which I used to drink every single day. Now I drink water all day. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I really don't miss the soda. I'm starting to feel a lot better, too.
