Welcome, hope you have fun here!!!!

No foods with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.

Hi Everyone....my name is Trisha. Just introducing myself to the boards,....been a member for a few weeks now. Been lurking in the back,..finally decided to take the plunge! Hope there's room for one more on here. Judging from the convo's I've read on some of the boards, I'm pretty certain there is, smile).

I need to lose about 60lbs of fat!! Get toned up....start feeling good again! Looking for any suggestions....advice....etc, anyone would like to offer. If need be....I will do the same for others. All is going well with exercise and diet (for the most part). I am working with a trainer and using SparkPeople for my nutrition/diet plan.

I am one who has to watch out for emotional triggers when it comes to eating unhealthily. As a single parent, working 18 yrs in a job that's "mad" stressful and trying to raise (w/o strangling) an errant 17 yr old son who keeps my days and nights filled with drama, there are plenty of opps to eat "bad" stuff!

Looking forward to making some positive connections, staying on track and "learnin' some stuff".

Sincerely,

"Me" aka Trisha
