I have often thought that I might like to be a vegetarian because I'm really not that fond of meat (and I seem to be getting more and more turned off all the time) , but I couldn't face life without an occasional taco or hamburger, or chicken & ribs at a family picnic or barbecue. Not often, just once in a while.
I just recently found the book "The Flexitarian Diet" at Amazon, and I downloaded it to my Kindle. I haven't had time to read much of it yet, but the idea really appeals to me. So I was especially pleased when I found this Team here at SP.
My main concern is finding adequate vegetarian protein sources, because I have a Lapband and it's really important to get enough protein every day. It would be nice if they were tasty and satisfying too.
