and stretch, then walk yourself to the end of the block and back every day.
That's how I had to do it, and my house was only 3 houses down to the end of the block! I'd walk that when nobody was outside to watch me. Then, when I got that down to a wonderful feeling, I started my walk up the street. Many more houses to get up the street & I still love my late night walks under the cover of the mist, stars & moonlight.
But, now... I'm walking in the daylight, and sometimes, I wog (walk a little- jog a little- walk a little- jog) and it's my walkin' woggin' tweet tweet walkin' woggin' that's been my goal that I'm just now reaching and not on a daily basis- yet. Sometimes I can walk 2 miles a day now. It's not going to happen over night- lifestyle changes take time.
