Cheers everyone! This seems like a nice place. I attend a Heathly Heart exercise programme 3X a week . My plan is to go nordic pole walking on alternate days. I haven't been walking as much as I should. I like polling because it provides a full body work out -- and cardio if you double pole or at least it does for me! I don't quite know how to fit my activities into the fittness section, it seems bewildering difficult to break the mold but I guess I will learn. My goal, in addition to dealing with said belly fat, is to improve my overall fittness.
Both my partner and I live in the Greater Vancouver area of Canada. We are retired professionals who like to travel. We spend a good part of the year preparing, reading up on the areas will visit , and making bookings and plans. Then we leave our cares behind and take off for a month or so. We also enjoy reading and gardening. And we especially enjoy our grandson.
