I feel pretty much the same as you do! :) Welcome to the group!

Morningstar Farms has buffalo wings? hmmm...I may have to try that!
I have many problems with meat but it's hard to change a lifelong way of eating.
Been working on it the last 3 years and come a long way.

70 lbs. done!
Flexitarian, huh? Never knew I had such a label. It's common for me, at the grocery store, to check out with lots of veggies, Morningstar Farms products (LOVE the spicy black bean burgers and the buffalo wings!!), beans, and lentils. And the cashier will always ask if I'm a vegetarian.
I always tell them, "well, not really, but I really love vegetarian food and it makes me feel better, so I eat a lot of it."
I have NO problem with meat, and I do eat meat frequently (most nights for dinner, since I cook for my fiance and his daughter). But I find that when I eat meatless, I just feel good...I feel like I have more energy. Plus I LOVE the way it tastes.
I also love the variety of taste and textures that adding meatless protein gives to my diet.
I do love meat as well, but sometimes when I really think about what I'm eating, it kind of grosses me out that I'm eating a dead animal. Yet, I still eat it.
Anyways, I'm rambling, but I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one!
