cooked some bulgar (cracked wheat) yesterday. Treated just like oats and ate it for breakfast, it was delicious. Added honey, walnuts, milk and fresh banana. any ideas out there for some other way to use it.

here looking to change up my diet, needing some good recipes for vegetarians, and some hints for cooking grains, don't eat that much meat to start with, but less could help my weight management, i hope,
