Well lately been eating lots of garden vegetables... and fruits... had fish today ... been a few days since I have eaten meat... most days I do get in more than ten fruit and vegetables... I haven't stopped eating meat... but some days it is just vegetables... Lately lots of watermelon, cantaloupe, beans and spilt peas, avocados, swiss chard... it depends on the season... right it is tomato season and I eat tomatoes all day long these days from my organic garden... soon I will be eating lots of butternut squash because there is a lot in my garden.. Mostly I make my choices around what fruit and vegetables are in season.
