Hi, welcome to the team, there are lots of great vegetarian cookbooks and I've found some good recipes through sparkrecipes too! Cooking vegetarian meals is a great way to vary your diet and try out new yummy food:)
Hi my name is Tiffany and I was super excited to find a Flexitarian sparkteam! I bought the Flexitarian Diet book a few months ago and absolutely loved it. I've been making changes in my eating habits ever since. Giving up meat two days a week doesn't seem like a big challenge but when you have a boyfriend who is a super meat eater, it can be.
Thank goodness for Morningstar crumbles! They have made lasagna night better for both of us :) I make it more ofter which he likes and it's meat-free!!
I look forward to catching recipes with this group and exchanging success stories!
