Hello, new today and aiming toward becoming a vegetarian. But I've done a lot of "soul-searching" and I need to get this weight off NOW. Also, everyone in my family eats meat at the moment, so if I'm serious, I also need to be realistic.
I'm starting South Beach tomorrow, which is now vegetarian. I already eat zero pork and almost no beef, so I'll be substituting some meals of phase I.
Anyhow, happy to be here.
PS I like "flexitarian" a lot - maybe we could all use a little flexibility in many areas of life?
