Hi, I'm transitioning BACK to a pescatarian diet. I am making this transition to help myself meet my health goals, as well as to increase the amounts of fruits/veggies that I eat. I truly love vegetarian dishes, and was very excited to see this team, since I also eat fish. :) My hubby isn't so sure about the transition, so he has poultry about 2x a week, while I sub tempeh or tofu.
Life never gives you more than you can handle. Accept challenges with grace and know that you are stronger for overcoming them.
