I am a house wife determined to loose all the weight i have gained in the past 11 years. When I met my husband 11 years ago I weighed about 200 pounds. Over the years I have slowly gained and lost weight. After we married in April of 2001 we had some money struggles while trying to raise our 4 children. There were a few times we were homeless. Now our children our grown and out on their own and this is the 1st time in 10 years we had more control of our finances. I recently found out I have hypo or hyper-thyroids. (which ever the one where you gain weight) I also learned I have pre-diabetes. I am trying to eat healthy and watch what I eat. I see tall these other diet fads and have tried them. I even tried weight watchers but I could not afford to stay with them. I found Spark on their internet and I am going to try, no I am going to lose the weight I need to loose. My short term goal is to lose 20pounds by the 27th of this month ( April 2011), which is our 10th anniversary. Then I want to lose 200 to 225 pounds more by April 1, 2012. My God be with me al that one. My will power is not very strong, especially since my husband tends to bring things in the house that I really love.
