I haven't done Crossfit before and was originally going to wait till I finished dropping down to 190lbs before starting. I decided to start a little early as I'm feeling the need to increase my exercise. If anyone has any suggestions on a good site on how to do the various Crossfit exercises I would be much obliged as there is no where in town that has Crossfit. So I'll have to do it on my own with my own willpower to keep me going!
Edit: Nevermind about a site with the exercises. I should of looked at the main Crossfit site before posting that.
