Good Evening everyone! My name is Tina and I have been doing CrossFit since October 2011. I had to take December off and I started back the week of January 9th. I have recently (within the past 2 weeks) committed to the Paleo Lifestyle and am slowly adapting. I am a big girl and have a long way to go but I know that coming in last on the WOD is still passing up those sitting on the couch. I have my Boss to thank for this motivation. He started CrossFit 2 years ago and I have seen him loose so much weight. But not only that, he is stronger and heathier. I am slowly working on my goals and am progressing on my strength. All of my small changes are making a hige difference. I am very happy I found CrossFit and I can't wait to see what Monday's WOD is!
