I do all of my crossfit in a class at the gym. It is great because I push myself more when I'm competing with others for time or reps. That and the instructor stays on your butt the whole time. Good job for being able to do it on your own!! I don't have that kind of drive....yet.

Hi and welcome! It sounds like you have a pretty good program going! Both MMA and crossfit seem to go hand in hand and are very good workouts! Like you, I'm new to crossfit and not too familiar with the terms. I try to put crossfit into my regular lifting workouts, I really enjoy the benefits of both, but wish I had someone to do the workouts with so I would push myself harder. I'm thinking about joining a crossfit gym here, just havent done it yet. Keep up the good work!!

Hi! I'm new to spark and relatively new to crossfit. New enough that I am lost on all the acroynms that is for sure. Maybe we do things differently in Louisiana. LOL Ummm I've been doing crossfit and MMA for about 2 months now and I'm addicted. I do an hour of crossfit 3 times a week and then an hour of some form of MMA 3 times a week. Any advice or suggestions or just random encouragement or badgering are very much appreciated!
