I'm Kate. I've played a little with some Crossfit-esque movements and workouts (incredibly scaled) but I think I've finally decided to work on being able to go full tilt into it. I just e-mailed some local trainers that do group workouts on Fridays and Saturdays, so hopefully I can get a little instruction and some of the camaraderie that a box can offer - I just can't afford a box membership!
My goals for Crossfit - get stronger and leaner (much leaner). Combining with a Paleo diet, no Zone.
