BKINAK: I really appreciate your reply!
Not because you said it was a good plan, but because
I needed to know if I was off track or not.

I tried the beginner's ladder and another beginner's workout that I found in the crossfit journal. I wasn't feeling worked. (Now I'm reading that it's probably because I need to adjust my intentsity.)

Then I read in the BrandX posts that BrandX is supposed to have replaced those beginner workouts.
But BrandX is over my head right now.

In fact, just the CrossFit Warm Up is a challenge.

Until last night's trial of the plan, I was feeling like I wasn't doing enough to replace my P90X workout.

Today my body's telling me I am doing enough;]

This looks great! I like it because it is simple and moves at a reasonable pace which I hope will keep you comin' back.

I've been having trouble trying to do the BrandX scaled WOD due to lack of mental understanding and physical ability. So I'm scaling things until I understand and can do more than a squat, pull up, and pushup.

I could use some feedback on my plan to start building skill and ability with the movements here's my plan:

On Sundays I will research the movements required for the upcoming week. I will repeat the following workout 3 x a week

Doing 3 sets of the CrossFit WarmUp
Samson Stretch x2
Overhead Squat x5
Sit ups x10
Back Extensions (just off the floor) x 10
Pull ups (with Woody Band assist) x 10

I am adding
Push ups x10

I am also adding NorCal Cross Fit OnRamp Program
Day 1 for week 1
Day 2 for week 2
etc.

Hopefully by week 12 I'll have more ability and skill to keep up with some version of the BrandX Buttercups
