Hey Diva... and welcome!
A warm welcome to all veteran CrossFit fans, and a "Howdy" to a fellow Texan. I'm from the DFW area.
You mentioned that you "loosely follow their workouts." If you read WOD for 3 Apr 09, you'll see what scaling is all about. For the first time, I had to take full advantage of scaling the WOD.

I just wanted to introduce myself to your crossfit team. I have been doing crossfit workouts along with running and other weight training for about 6 months now.
