Hi, Just going to say a couple thing about myself. I was doing your average bodybuilding 4 day split w/ 30 min of moderate cardio for years until about 4 months ago when I discovered CrossFit. It has completely changed my life and my approach to fitness. I love the fact that it focuses on being functional strong. I love the intensity of the workouts and the sense of accomplishment I feel when I've completed a really hard WOD. I love CrossFit.
I also love SparkPeople and have been using it since the birth of my second son 2 years ago. It helped me loose the baby weight and I use it to help keep myself in line when I need. Now I'm using it to help me track my Zone blocks so that I can become a better CrossFitter and maybe drop a couple pounds too.
