Hi Joanne - Glad you got your kit. I agree with you about the variety -- we really need it in our exercise and the ball and band are great for that. I remember when I first got the ball, I spent more time rolling off of it than I did exercising on it. LOL That definitely improves with practice.

Just got my kit today and already did both workouts! Love them! Can't wait to try some different videos too.


I've never really used a stability ball before, so some of the exercises were tough. But I spent 45 minutes just sitting on it and did I feel it!

So glad I got this. I've been wanting to add some variety to my strength training, and this is perfect!
