Hi there, I thought I'd get back to you as I know how difficult it is to lead a team where nobody responds (sigh!)
My name is Claire (obviously) and I am getting increasingly slender. Down 20 lbs from Sparking since March 27th, and now weigh 163lbs. As I'm 5ft 10ins, that's not bad and I'm now within a few pounds of goal weight, with a "Normal" BMI of 23.something.
I live in the UK (Essex) and have two teenage "children" (15 and 18), husband, 3 cats and a dog, all in a decent sized house on the edge of a village. Very rural.
I've been good with diet, less good with exercise. Still drink a bit of wine, but much less than before, and less often. I expect I'll put some weight back on over Christmas, but intend to lose it again by Easter at latest.
I've foud SP amazingly useful, and have made some genuine friendships. I recently became a community mamber and try to offer advice (often technical) several times a week.
