Hello, to the team. Don't get discouraged, we have all been where you are at some point of time in our lives. Your body is used to taking in X amount of calories. If it doesn't reach that amount it tells your brain, "Hey!! I'm starving!! Do something about it!" Training your body to consuming less calories is not an easy task. This site is full of information on how to do this, and has many resources. Best of wishes on your weight loss journey.

Hi. I'm a 24-year old woman. 164 cm tall and I weigh 64.5 kg at the moment. I would like to go down to about 58kg and tone up my body. I have always used crash diets that never got me anywhere, so this time I'm making sure I eat plenty of healthy food throughout the day and work out a few times a week. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now but I seem to be putting weight on :-( I do not want to starve myself. Don't know what to do
