Yes, it can be overwhelming. Take your time and look over the site. It has some wonderful tool, tips, motivation and help. Post often and ask questions. We are all here to help each other.

Hi, I've only been here a week and everyday I find something new on the site. The MY TOOLS is where I started and people started sending welcome messages and they helped alot. Good luck and just ask for help, everybody here is super!!!!

Hi Yellowbug! Welcome to SP! I highly suggest you start by setting your program up on your start page - do you see that "my tools" tab on top of the page - hover over that and you'll see "start" in the dropdown menu. When you click on start you'll find the page that appears when you logged in. From there you can set your weight goals and nutritional program - just look around on that page and you should see links on the lower left side of the page. The start page has links to everything you need. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Hope I've helped.

I joined yesterday and I am not sure what to do next! Is there a place where you have your own diet or healthy eating habit menu or plan? I need lots of motivation. Where is the best place to go for that?
