Hi Yellowbug! Welcome to SP! I highly suggest you start by setting your program up on your start page - do you see that "my tools" tab on top of the page - hover over that and you'll see "start" in the dropdown menu. When you click on start you'll find the page that appears when you logged in. From there you can set your weight goals and nutritional program - just look around on that page and you should see links on the lower left side of the page. The start page has links to everything you need. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Hope I've helped.
I joined yesterday and I am not sure what to do next! Is there a place where you have your own diet or healthy eating habit menu or plan? I need lots of motivation. Where is the best place to go for that?
