Hi everyone! I've been a member of Sparkpeople for some time now, but never really active. So, hopefully now I can start on my journey to healthy and fit lifestyle, where I don't have to feel bad about myself or my body.. I see my main problem as Emotional Eating, or perhaps also eating caused by anxiety, boredom. I gained a lot of weight when I got pregnant with my first baby and another 10 pounds with the second one, so at this stage I need to loose at least 50 pounds. It's a very hard thing to do, I started the journey so many times, and failed so many times. Maybe because I'm doing it alone, and maybe this is why I want to reach out to you all today. For motivation, to keep things going. So, I'd love to hear more from anyone who wishes to have also some support.
