Hi Kela!

Now that you're back and setting your mind to it, I am sure that you can do it! I lost 90 lbs (and then gained 8), so I am proof that this works. My advice to you is to try to get as many SparkPoints as you can each day.

If you do this you will be watching your nutrition and exercising (the two most important things to do!). You will also be learning lots of things that will help and you will "meet" lots of people that will support and help you in your journey!

If you have questions about anything just send me a spark message or post on my page and I'll try to help. (I don't always check these posts.)

Hi everyone! I've been a member of Sparkpeople for some time now, but never really active. So, hopefully now I can start on my journey to healthy and fit lifestyle, where I don't have to feel bad about myself or my body.. I see my main problem as Emotional Eating, or perhaps also eating caused by anxiety, boredom. I gained a lot of weight when I got pregnant with my first baby and another 10 pounds with the second one, so at this stage I need to loose at least 50 pounds. It's a very hard thing to do, I started the journey so many times, and failed so many times. Maybe because I'm doing it alone, and maybe this is why I want to reach out to you all today. For motivation, to keep things going. So, I'd love to hear more from anyone who wishes to have also some support.
