Thanks Diane!

I'm all over it (with regard to the differential challenge)....We keep each other accountable there...along with everyone else that wants to join in!

Welcome Back Kay!

I am right there with you. Have been "playing around" with the last 15 pounds that I want to lose. We can get this done together. Tomorrow will start this week's Daily Calorie Differential Challenge. That's a good way to stay accountable too!

Hi All,
I used to be a member of this team a few years ago. In fact, that's how I got to "know" LOPEYP. Anyway, I got down to goal weight and quit tracking. Life got in the way and my weight went back up.

This morning, I read a blog by LOPEYP announcing she was going to go on a food plan and stick to it. That inspired me to get back to tracking. My motivation is that I'm going on a self-supported bicycle tour beginning next June. My husband and I plan for the tour to be very extensive....possibly as long as a couple years. Carrying around 20 pounds of extra fat will make that tour much harder, particularly in the beginning.....so I really want to lose 20 before we leave.

I know tracking works. I've done it and starting today....I'm doing it again to get rid of those 20 pounds. My husband and I ride a tandem. Our body weight makes a big difference to each other. He will appreciate that I am 20 pounds less as we pedal up hills as much as I will. Hence...I have "double" motivation so to speak.
